Grief, Loss & Soul Purpose Coach (non-registered)

Tamar brings over a decade of compassionate, hands-on experience walking alongside people through life’s most profound transitions. As a long-serving volunteer spiritual carer and bereavement support worker with St Luke’s Hospice, and volunteering in a state hospital palliative care unit, she devotes herself to the sacred work of holding space at life’s thresholds. 

Trained as a Death Doula, Soul Doula, Birth Doula, and Soul Purpose Coach, Tamar works at the intersection of grief, spiritual care, and deep personal transformation. She believes that we all carry the inner reserves needed to navigate even the most emotionally unravelling moments in life — and that the heart and soul holds the wisdom to know the way forward through the depths, the darkness and the unknowns of our human journey.

Her role is to walk alongside you, gently and without rushing or directing, allowing what needs to emerge to do so in its own time, at its own pace, with its own inherent wisdom. 

Her soul purpose is to guide others to live and embrace a soul-centric life.
