Kirsten Hunneyball is a trauma-informed life and wellness coach passionate about helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom, shift out of survival patterns, and move toward a life that feels grounded, intentional, and true. Her work is rooted in nervous system awareness, somatic practices, and compassionate self-inquiry, offering a space where you can slow down, breathe, and realign with your values and voice.


With training through the Polyvagal Institute, Kirsten brings embodied practices and nervous system understanding into the work she does with 1:1 clients, small groups, and teams. She aims to bring a sense of joy and playfulness into her work and has hosted retreats and

workshops in playful and curious embodiment for healing and growth. Kirsten is able to sit with you in the mess, but also holds a strong focus on moving forward in a way that feels aligned and

sustainable. Whether navigating periods of transition, self-doubt, or emotional stuckness — particularly those who feel like they’ve lost touch with themselves in the process of trying to keep up with life. She acts as a thinking partner, a cheerleader, and a guide to help you explore your patterns with care, reconnect to your body and intuition, and build tools that support resilience, clarity, and change that actually lasts.
