Counsellor

Trauma, Loss & Bereavement, Women's Emotional & Mental Health, Nervous System Regulation

My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, somatic approach. I understand many of the responses people bring to therapy as intelligent adaptations to what has been lived, endured, or required for survival.

I have a particular sensitivity to supporting women moving through experiences of grief and loss in general and specifically around fertility, as well as the quiet disconnection or fragmentation that can follow trauma. These experiences can feel isolating, and are often held without enough space to be seen, felt, and integrated.

Rather than pushing for change or insight alone, we work at the pace of your nervous system. Sessions often involve gently attuning to bodily sensations, emotions, images, and inner responses,  meeting them with curiosity, and in doing so, allowing compassion to emerge.

I integrate talk therapy, somatic awareness, parts-based understanding, creative processes, and ritual-informed practices where they feel supportive. Together, we create a supportive and attuned space where all of your parts are welcome.
